Helicopter Transfers to and from this years Melbourne Cup Carnival which include AAMI Victoria Derby Day, Emirates Melbourne Cup Day, Crown Oaks Day and Emirates Stakes Day.

Flights depart from Melbourne CBD, Melbourne Airports or from your private property and land at the helipad/passenger area, adjacent to the course starting straight at Flemington Racecourse. You will then be transferred to the VIP Entrance.

:: Your booking will be held and upon processing a receipt of payment your booking will then be confirmed and secured.

:: Refund less 20% applies to cancellations received by fax or writing up to 7 days prior to flight.

:: All payments made on AMEX and DINERS cards will incur a 3% surcharge.

:: Do not miss your flight as there is no guarantee we will be able to re-schedule you.

:: All passengers fly at pilot’s discretion. Drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be accepted.

:: Large bags, and bulky camera/video equipment or other large items will not be allowed in the helicopter.

:: It is essential that you supply accurate passenger weights. Inaccurate information could result in your party being split. Passengers over 130kgs cannot be flown. Weights are required for weight and balance of helicopters

Please Note: All helicopter flights will be provided by holder(s) of a current Air Operators Certificate (AOC) to comply with Australian regulations. Booking service will be provided by staff who have handled bookings in previous years.
