Terms and Conditions
- Your booking will be confirmed and secured after receipt of payment.
- Melbourne Cup Helicopters will endeavour to cater to your preferred travel time. Please note: due to unforeseen circumstances flights may not always run to time.
- Refund less 20% applies to cancellations received by fax or in writing up to 7 days prior to flight.
- All payments made on AMEX and DINERS cards will incur a 3% surcharge.
- Please arrive at your check in time. Do not miss your flight as there is no guarantee we will be able to re-schedule you.
- All passengers fly at pilot's discretion. Drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be accepted.
- Large bags and bulky camera/video equipment or other large items will not be allowed in the helicopter.
- It is essential that you supply accurate passenger weights. Inaccurate information could result in your party being split. Passengers over 130kgs cannot be flown. Weights are required for weight and balance of helicopters.
