Terms and Conditions
- Your booking will be confirmed and secured upon receipt of payment.
- Melbourne Cup Helicopters will endeavour to cater to your preferred travel time. Please note: due to unforeseen circumstances flights may not always run to time.
- Refund less 20% applies to cancellations received by fax or in writing up to 7 days prior to flight.
- All payments made on AMEX cards will incur a 3% surcharge.
- Please arrive at your check in time. Do not miss your flight as there is no guarantee we will be able to re-schedule you.
- All passengers fly at pilot's discretion. Drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be accepted.
- Large bags and bulky camera/video equipment or other large items will not be allowed in the helicopter.
- It is essential that we measure the accurate weight per passenger prior to flying. The aviation authority requires that the weight of each passenger is recorded. Your information will remain confidential.
- Melbourne Cup Helicopters reserve the right to cease operations due to weather or unavailability of airspace.
- The personal information you provide to Melbourne Cup Helicopters may be used not only to service your bookings, enquiries and customer care, but also to update you regarding new products and services and special offers.
